Convention Week Schedule of Events

Sunday, August 20, 2023 – Memorial Service at St. Mark’s UCC, 6 p.m.
Meet at 5:30 p.m. at Good Will Hose for the procession to church with bagpiper
After Memorial Service, light refreshments/beer at Good Will Hose

Tuesday, August 22, 2023 – SCVFA Delegates Night at Good Will Hose, 6 p.m.
Officers meeting at 5 p.m. in Good Will social quarters

Wednesday, August 23, 2023 – Convention Super Bingo at Good Will , 6 p.m.
Event will feature high stakes cash prizes, numerous giveaways
Convention mugs/t-shirts will be sold at this time

Thursday, August 24, 2023 – Mug Night, 7 p.m. at Good Will Hose (outside event) – Live Band: Hooligan

Saturday August 26, 2023 – 69th SCVFA Convention Parade, 1 p.m.
Registration from 8-11:30 a.m. at Liberty Fire Company
Judging from 8 a.m. to noon at Grace ECC Church, Schuylkill Haven
Post-parade, live performance from Toolshed Jack at Good Will Hose
